   • Software, licenses, or digital products are non-returnable.

   • Items purchased under special clearance or “final sale” offers cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

   • Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return procedure.

   • Once approved, you may exchange the laptop or request a refund.

4. Refund/Exchange Timeline

   • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
